Welcome to Team Europe's blog. We are so thankful and excited that you happened to stumble upon it. So just for some basic info, we are a team of six fabulous people that God has called to Europe. Our fearless leaders are Jeff and Morrison. They are truely spectacular and are inspirationally living out the amazing calls that God has placed on them both. The rest of our team is pretty cool too. As an entire team of girls, we pretty much have Jeff outnumbered (And scared). The girls are Becki, Miriam, Jodie, and myself, BreeAnna.
In about forty-eight hours we will be on our way to Frankfurt, Germany. We are so stoaked and we hope that you are too!! In Germany, we will be doing an abundance of ministries including kid's ministry, youth ministry, street ministry, art ministry, and a ministry with prostitutes. We will be traveling all over Germany including: Cologne, Berlin, and Potsdam. We also will be traveling to the Czech Republic and pioneering for YWAM there. There is little to none YWAM presence there so we will be building relationships and such whilst there.
When We arrive on Friday, We literally hit the ground running as we immediately catch a train to Berlin and spend the morning in orientation for our weekend outreach. During the afternoon, we will be doing prayer walks, trekking around the city and praying over houses and businesses and people. At night, we will be attending Carnival, a major celebration similar to Mardi Gras. We will be doing street ministry there and handing out tracks and sparking conversation with the party-goers. The atmosphere at Carninval is expected to be pretty heavy spiritually, but we are confident that people will be able to feel God's presence in us there as well.
That's pretty much all we know for now but we are ready and willing to dive right into whatever the Lord presents for us! As a team, we are desperate for your prayers. We ask that you join us on this journey and pray us through it all. We are beyond excited to see God move and work in Europe.
Throughout our adventure, we will try to post periodically, but I make no promises! You know how the internet goes on mission trips!
